These Terms and Conditions should be reviewed on a regular basis so that the Player can be
sure that they are aware of any adjustments, changes or modifications to the casino's

- If the player has used a credit card to deposit with the Casino, he/she must deliver an

- In cases of fraudulent activity or abuse, the Casino will close Player accounts
immediately upon detection.
- The casino offers no representation of warranty, neither implicit or explicit nor shall
any of the Casino's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers claim or been
seen to claim authorization to make any such representations or warranties concerning any

- The Player remains solely responsible for keeping his/her account information and
passwords secure. The player also remains responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may
occur while using his/her account. The player cannot allow any other person or third party
including, without limitation, any minor, to use his/her account, or to access and use any
materials or information from the Web site, accept any prize, or participate in any games.
- The player may not dispute any charges or deposits made into the Casino. In the event that
the player renounces, cancels or otherwise reverses any of his/her payments and/or performs
any charge-backs, he/she is responsible for refunding and compensating the Casino these unpaid
payments, including any and all expenses incurred by the casino in the process of collecting
